Hi, I am new member of this site! Join about 30 min ago.
I am living in UK (England) in East Sussex. Married (husband is real englishman
) and have 2 children 5 years old
and 3 month old
.
After birth of second child I have big problems with my weight! I need to loose about 17 kilos! Tragedy! I always was very slim and active, come back to my pre-pregnancy weight in couple weeks after first baby, but now its different story! I had a complicated pregnancy and spent a few month on sofa, unable to move without help.
Now I am scared to look in a mirror! And horrid reality - I can’t start exsercise because my body not completely recovered after childbirth and all that goes with it..., I can’t go on reall diet because I am breastfeeding and if I eat less - I have no milk (not enough milk for my vert hungry baby), I can’t shoot properly (competetive archery) because of back and hips pain and demanding child! And i can add to this list quiet a bit more...
So, result of all that is first signs of depression!
I’ll try not to give in to it and do somethig. I even bought two books of Montignac diet on Amazon yesterday! And I managed to shoot whole round (6 dozen arrows) last week (one more club record
). And I joined this web-society!
Well...lets call it a start!
